  • HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?
    The initial therapy session is usually 60 - 70 minutes. The follow up therapy sessions are 50 - 55 minutes. Typically, therapy will begin weekly and transition to biweekly and monthly depending on the needs of the individual. Coaching sessions will last 40 - 45 minutes.
  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
    If you're a new client, please schedule a free 15-minute consultation to determine if I'm the right fit for you. Click the above or below. If you are a retunring client and need to schedule a follow-up, you can do so on the Client Portal or giving me a call.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
    Services and fees: - $75 for 45-minute coaching sessions - $125 for 60-minute individual therapy sessions - Cost of pyschoeducational workshops and speaking engagements vary based on the needs of the participants. Pay by: American Express, Discover, Mastercard , Visa.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
    Crown Connections accepts insurance for therapy sessions with the following insurance companies: United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Cigna, Aetna and BCBS of NC. You will need to contact your insurance company to inquire about your policy and psychotherapy services. We will bill your insurance company if appropriate. Co-pays are expected at the time services are rendered. Intensive services are NOT usually covered by insurance companies.
  • WHY ONLINE THERAPY?
    Virtual therapy or teletherapy gives me the opportunity to meet each client where they are. Having a virtual practice allows me to expand my therapy offerings to all individuals in the state of North Carolina and coaching services to all in the United States. Online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy sessions and allows for more flexible scheduing, fewer missed appintments and increased comfort by doing therapy in any quiet and private environment.
